The campaign is open to PTAs of schools in Parentkind membership with at least 25% of their children entitled to Free School Meals. Schools must be state primary schools or any state school with a primary phase.

We have emailed those schools which we believe from Government data sources meet these criteria. If you have not received an email relating to ‘All Dressed Up’ and believe you should qualify due to your school not having up to date records with your relevant Government Education Department, please ask your school to forward a declaration that it meets the 25% FSM threshold to Parentkind on info@parentkind.org and place a costume donation request.
